Peanut Butter, Banana & Jelly Smoothie


I can't believe that I have consented to call this 'jelly', because I actually (being a British gal) call it jam. Peanut butter, banana, and...jam. Does that have the same ring to it? I'll let you guys decide.
The recipe actually calls for berries, and neither jam nor jelly. That's one of the reasons that this smoothie is so nutrition packed and good for you: no added sugar, preservatives etc, it contains at least one of your '5 a day' from the berries and banana, and some protein from the milk and peanut butter. No why-do-ASDA-not-sell-this ingredients (cough *chia seeds/ flaxmeal* cough) either, all simple foods that you can find in any supermarket.
It may be a little cold for smoothies this time of year, but in Britain I think that we can agree it is cold most of the time. Because, unlike in the world of "jelly", we don't seem to have defined seasons anymore...
